TERMS AND CONDITION
1 This will cover any electrical fault or mechanical problem. It will not apply to any Bakelite or plastic parts that may get broken. We will be happy to help with any problems after this time via telephone or at your cost.
2 Packing must be kept for this period to enable the return to us in perfect condition. Any damage in transit will be at your risk. Postage charges to us will be at your expense but we will pay for the return post to you.
3 If the fault cannot be repaired we will replace the item with one of a similar value or offer you a full refund on the cost of the item.
4 If the item is not at fault but will not work with your exchange we will offer a full refund on the cost of the item. Packing must be kept for this period to enable the return to us in perfect condition. Any damage in transit will be at your risk. Postage charges to us will be at your expense.
5 Payment methods
We accept NOCHEX online payments for debit card payments of up to £300.
You can send a personal cheque to be cleared by our bank before the items are sent out.
Cash by special delivery.
Collection with a cash payment only and by prior arrangement.
We can only take payments using PayPal for buyers outside the UK.
